There are times you may have to work harder at keeping your mindset strong.
As an entrepreneur you… Fall down… and get back up. Then you fall down again… And have to find the strength to get up again…
It’s all worth it or you wouldn’t do it.
When you succeed you forget about every fall you took getting there. You only focus on the success.
I know this because I’m an entrepreneur.
The “falls” for me have looked like… ~ Worrying about how it will all come together. ~ Doubting if I’m doing it right or what I’m missing. ~ Concerns about what people are thinking and saying. ~ Overwhelm with my to-do list. ~ The battle between beliefs that say keep going even when the reality doesn’t look good. ~ Or a big one over the past year is that people simply vanish off my radar and I don’t even know why.
And it goes on and on… Are your falls like mine?
This is when and WHY it is so important to keep your mindset in check.
How do you do that? ~ Get around other people who inspire you. ~ Practice positive self talk. ~ Do “all the things” that keep you strong mentally, emotionally and physically. Affirmations, journaling, meditation and exercise. ~ Have a coach and mentor. ~ Keep educating yourself. ~ Keep an attitude that all experiences are positive as some you’ll win, and others you’ll learn. ~ Remove yourself from toxic people and situations. ~ Focus on what is good as it’s hard to be stressed when you are grateful.
And, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
You just can’t quit. You will fall. You just need to practice getting up faster.
Pay attention to the thoughts that are going through your mind… when down… or up…
Because what you see in your world is a reflection of what you have in your mind.
