This is a proven program that has supported more than one hundred women in getting measureable results in all areas of their lives. Each of the four weeks we focus on a specific topic then work together on implementing the training into your life between classes. This is a unique way to take personal development as you are working with the material while living your life which has proven to create positive and most importantly, lasting change.
Week 1: Your WHY. What do you want and why do you want it? This week is all focused on purpose. Tuesday, May 26th, 2020.
Week 2: Train (or retrain) your brain! This class is all about identifying and conquering what limits us. Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020.
Week 3: The shift! This week we concentrate on shifting from past to present. A very exciting and fun breakthrough class! Tuesday, June 9th, 2020.
Week 4: The plan! How to make a plan and create lasting change. Wednesday, June 17th, 2020.

Zoom is easy to use and allows a special opportunity to connect as if in the same room, giving you an opportunity to receive support, ideas and mentoring from other like-minded people.
