Starting on October 1st, you’ll receive daily emails over 21 days. Each email contains a short but powerful training video and a journal prompt designed to guide you on your personal growth journey. These videos are packed with inspiration and practical steps to help you become your best self.

Accompanying the video training, you’ll receive a fully guided journal to help you reflect on the daily lessons. Each day includes a thought to focus on, a decision to make, and an action step to take, followed by an evening reflection.
Time Commitment
We recommend setting aside 20 minutes each morning and 10 minutes each evening to fully engage with the challenge and experience the most growth.
Community Support & Accountability

Next, we’ll focus on the present. You’ll learn to let go of worries and embrace the joy of the moment. With new awareness, you’ll release what holds you back and align yourself with the abundant energy of living fully in the now.
Days 15-21: Leading into the Future
Finally, we’ll ignite your future. This week is all about tapping into your purpose and passion. You’ll explore new possibilities, build confidence, and take charge of your life as you create a vision for the future.
