I love my dog and I love working out. Having him gets me out in the fresh air regularly and gives me the chance to exercise both of us.
However, he constantly wants to stop and sniff, and no matter how many times I try to train him other wise… he stops and it interrupts my workout.
Why can’t he understand walking works wonders for your body if you keep walking at a brisk pace?
I have decided to take the path of least resistance. There is always a way to meet your goals.
So… when Charlie stops I don’t just stand and wait… or try get him moving…
I get in 10-20 squats!
When Charlie squats… so do I!
Works for him and works for me!
There is always a way. Focus on your goals and do what it takes!
