Our Story  

Corliss Co. – A Purpose, A Path, A Ripple Effect


Corliss Rassyle’s journey began in direct sales with PartyLite, a company specializing in candles and home décor. What started as a short-term opportunity quickly became a passion for entrepreneurship. But the reason she started wasn’t the reason she stayed—she found purpose in leading others to achieve their goals. By helping others succeed, she rose to the top of the company, discovering that she had gone from lighting homes to lighting lives.

During her 25 years with PartyLite, Corliss gained invaluable real-life experience as a speaker, coach, and trainer, helping people grow both personally and professionally. But eventually, she felt called to do more. In 2017, she founded Corliss Co., a company dedicated to empowering others through speaking, coaching, and training. While she leads the business, the heart of her journey began with a simple yet profound gift from her grandmother.

In her grandmother’s final days, she asked Corliss to take home a lamp she had once given her. At first, Corliss didn’t even remember the lamp, but when she found it, she placed it in her home—and something powerful happened. "Every time I turn it on," Corliss says, "it’s like her light is still with me, guiding me, reminding me of where I came from."

After her grandmother passed, Corliss received a small inheritance—a thousand dollars, the exact amount needed to attend her first Tony Robbins event. That one experience started everything and set the wheels in motion to create Corliss Co.
